STCW Endorsements
A foreign Administration which recognizes a seafarer's certificate of competency issued under the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) shall endorse such certificate to attest its recognition.
Certificates of Endorsement (CoE) are required when employed on foreign flagged ships and apply to Certificates of Competency and GMDSS certificates.
Some flag states also offer endorsement of Ship Security Officer and Tanker certificates (not mandatory). Please contact us for further information.
For ratings and other crew members a Continuous Discharge Certificate (CDC) or Seaman's Discharge Book is required.
We handle applications for CoE in Panama - Belize - St. Kitts & Nevis and Honduras.
